download the picture to your hard drive, then open the picture with your photo editor software. Locate the crop tool, crop out what you don't want in the photo and save it. Then attach the new picture to your email that you want to send
click on your shopping cart and it will open allowing you to see what items you have in it. You should be able to make adjustments there before completing your transaction
You may be able to sign up with your state as her care giver. There are different requirements in different states but they will be able to tell you those requirements.
