my neighbour has never worked and is kept by the state and lives a very comfortable life. She tells me that she has a condition whereby she cannot work. She can go out shopping and sitting in cafes etc., How do these people manage to fool the system?

Where I work we are usually paid at the end of every month. We have been paid upto the end of April but only paid for 2 weeks in May and 2 weeks in June so they have kept a month's from us saying that we can have it when we leave. I want to know if this is legal and also how will it affect my national insurance contributions as they have not deducted any from my salary for May and June.
