I am nice to people, spending time answering questions. I tend to be nicer if the questions are typed properly. You do have an opportunity to check them. If you had done so you would not have spelled three words incorrectly.

Posting an email addess that can be seen worldwide is very unwise. I suggest you stop using it... not a problem since you can't access it, and open another immediately. For the purpose of this site, when you have a new email address proceed as follows. You can sign in as usual, if you are not still signed in, but go to the bottom of your profile page and click on CONTACT You can then explain your problem to Admin and they will, if they are satisfied you are genuine, change your email address, which they keep for the purpose of contacting you should they need to do so, It is never revealed to other members.

He, or she, could be a vicar or a rector. In either case the correct form of address is The Right Reverend John Doe or The Very Reverend John Doe... neither will give offence, but using Father would, to an Anglican. Remember the Anglican Church does ordain women so if you don't know the name it would be as well to find out. It will be displayed somewhere... on a sign outside or in the porch are the most likely places. I expect, since you have taken the trouble to ask this question, you know exactly what you are doing and why... you simply wanted to be sure you are right about one thing. If that is not the case and you need help, no-one, Anglican or Catholic, will refuse it because you make a mistake. They will appreciate it if you want to ask when it is convenient for you to call, but they wouldn't turn you away from the doorstep either.

I suffer from this too so I know how you feel. I find a hot shower, or a bath if I have time, helps. I do know the reason for my problem... a near fatal accident several years ago that left muscle damage. If nothing like that has happened to you I think it would be worth seeing a doctor. There could be a problem that needs treating. If not, you could stop worrying. It's not impossible stress caused by worry leaves you going to sleep in a stiff position and not moving, or something as simple as bedding tucked in too tightly.

Many sites have this, including some email providers who ask you to do it occasionally after the first time. When you have your email written, scroll down. You will see letters, or letters and numbers, leaning backwards, overlapping... usually making no sense. Below there will be a box to type in what you see. Do that and then scroll down further where you will see SUBMIT or CONTINUE. If you are correct you email will be sent. If not, you can try again with different letters or numbers. If that doesn't work, and some are very difficult to read, there is an audio button, but have a pen ready... the voice reads out what to write too fast to type unless you are VERY fast. The point of it is that machines can't read these codes and so scammers etc can't register electronically.
