The question of heaven or hell only matters if you believe, and many on the site do, including me, and you are in our prayers. The other way of looking at it is that suicide is incredibly selfish. You decide life is too difficult and opt-out without a second thought for family, friends and workmates... or anyone who is unfortunate enough to find your body. If you have nobody to care about you that way, go into any church or chapel, believer of not. You WILL find help, and friends. Stay with us and take care.

They should be. I have heard rumours that not all are, especialy the expensive ones made of oak rather than pine. I am inclined to believe it because I know a jeweller who has been offered items by crematorium workers, usually wedding rings. I agree with eggplant on this occasion. The problem seems far too serious to treat with natual remedies, though many of your suggestions, Ann, could help. Alyssa and all the infected people need to go back to the doctor as many times as it takes: not just to get medication but to ask all the questions that are worrying them. I would take eggplant's advice about laundry very seriously. Modern cold-wash is a NO. Use the hottest wash on your machine. If any of your sheets and towels are white, leave them in a bath overnight with a good dose of bleach in the water. Have all your duvets cleaned, vacuum the mattresses, wash pillows as well as slips... for feathers, specialist clean and pack away until you ALL have the all-clear on every symptom. If you have the energy, spring-clean the house fro top to bottom. This is NOT because you are dirty, but reinfection is a very real danger when you are dealing with living organisms. It could even be the reason this horrible situation is lasting so long. DOCTOR... BUY STRONG CLEANING PRODUCTS... USE BOILING WATER, OR AS HOT AS POSSIBLE... GO BACK, ALL OF YOU, AND NAG THE DOCTOR UNTIL YOU ARE ALL BACK TO PERFECT HEALTH... and then start the sring-cleaning again, and check out Anne's advive on diet.

There is no way of telling you how much electricity a refrigerator uses: it depends on the size, the rating, the setting and how careful you are. Whatever it costs it is cheaper than wasting food, and safer. It depends on the rating how economical it is. If you don't know the rating, the newer it is the more energy-efficient it will be. If you are buying secondhand check the door seals are undamaged. Watch for ice build-up, unless it is self-defrosting, and defrost it every few weeks. If anything, such as milk, part-freezes, turn up the thermostst. Never leave the door open while you pour a drink or cut a piece of cheese. Cold-loss is fast.
