Do you think you're intelligent and why do you think that ?
Answers: 16 Views: 2008 Rating: 7 Posted: 13 years ago

We all have the potential to be "intelligent" if we are serious about it and put in the work. Intelligence is learned mostly and then to a lesser degree environmental and some luck as well.

Are the same few people answering all the questions. Every comment will receive an up vote from question asker. On this question.

I agree, we should be looking at helping gather or give answers to peoples questions. A joke now and then is OK as long not offending. This ite should use personal experience, knowledge on the subject or extensive research on the question to provide the correct answers. Then those none correct answers should be voted down and legitimate thought out answers thumbs up. We can all do better so lets at least give it a try.

Xanex.... and me
Answers: 11 Views: 1430 Rating: 7 Posted: 13 years ago

Jenn, I was a pharmaceutical rep for years, never sold Xanax though. It is a benzodiazepine that is the most addicting drug in that family. You have other less addicting prescriptions out there. First and now most widely used is Klonopin or Clonazepam. Although developed as an anti seizure med it is now the most widely used anti-anxiety med. Very much less addicting then the rest. Next is Ativan or generically lorazepam. Then Valium, not highlt prescribed much anymore and the next most highly addicted and habit forming after Xanax. I know this from experience. There are other in this class but rarely used, Let me give you the names of NON-addicting prescriptions that have good effects on most. First is Vistaril, very good anti-anxiety med, then Buspar- both non addicting. Also many antidepressants have received anti-anxiety uses from the FDA. Effexor XR, Lexapro, and Paxil CR all are non addicting and will help depression and control anxiety. You should a psychologist for this problem they are the specialist in this field. Please ask me any question you might have or any med your Dr. might prescribed. With the right treating Drs. you will find peace. May God be with you, Jenn.

Goodbye USA

I would never carry 10K with me to certain foreign countries. Any amount over 5k now is recorded to the FBI. Not that you can not carry 10K back but you are going to need to prove were you got it and that can be a hassle. So keep you receipts and all money transfers you get from a legitimate bank. Bring some cash and go to a bank and exchange it into the currency of the country you are in. If not they will take advantage of you. You can always get a cash transfer from a local bank for at least 5k at a time and the transfer rate was $25 for up to 5K in Costa Rica, I believe. Also carry travelers checks for added security and just exchange them into the countries currency at a bank. You will not be "taken" as easily and your money will go much farther.

It's hard to ask a question without hurting someone's feelings,NO? I asked," Are you Proud to be "An American", let's try to beat the "ghost" question. I should have not asked this at all. I should have added a "S" on the end of ghost.

Straight up I am a very prideful American, 4 years in the Marine Corp and knowing what rights we have here that are unheard of in much of the world. You may not always be happy with certain political issues but we can voice are opinion and not worry about being executed and believe in which ever divine entity we please or chose not to believe in one with out repercussions. We or some of us are so spoiled we forget what rights and privileges we have here. Many men have given their lives for the rights we sometimes underestimate. That is just my opinion.

Is being born worse odds that winning the lottery..one sperm cell out of 111million
Answers: 2 Views: 2967 Rating: 0 Posted: 13 years ago

The average sperm count today is around 60 million per milliliter in the Western world, having decreased by 1-2% per year from a substantially higher number decades ago. The average sperm volume per ejaculation is between 1.5ml considered low, to a high of 6ml. So at the highest level of out put you are looking at 360 million sperm per ejaculation. Multiply that by how many attempts are made and yes it looks like being born has worse odds than winning the lottery. Your 111 million sperm count must have been looking a 2ml of sperm times 60 million (120 million) which comes close to your 111 million sperm.
