Itsme, how long have you taken Fosomax? It is supposed to stop Osteopenia from progressing. You schould never take it for more than 5 yrs. It also has side effects like heartburn, difficulty swallowing and Chest pain. My Dr. prescribed that for me and after research, I did not take it.
