      yes just by claiming his gift of salvation,it we had to earn it, it wouldn't be a gift.

        Daren1, Let me get this straight. Are you saying that we can do something to receive a free gift and it is still free? Are you saying that claiming it is something we must DO in order to receive the free gift? What about confessing our faith? Is that something we must DO our we don’t get the free gift?
