    can you get pains when you are ovulating?

    On thursday i had sex i am trying to get pregnant i am ovulating and i have got a bit of pain can anyone help please

    yes, you can. my ob said its more common to feel it on the right side.
    It is possible to get pains while ovulating, some times it feels more like a cramp. For me its just normal. Some months better than others.
    Ovulation can be a bit painful at times, but it shouldn't be uncomfortable. It could also be an ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy) where the egg stays in the fallopian tube and doesn't attach to the uterus. This can be deadly if it bursts and you bleed to death internally.

    Ovulation occurs 10 days after the first day of your last period. That's the most opportune time to get pregnant.

    If you are under doctor's care call them or go to the emergency room. Especially if you are taking hormones to get pregnant.
    Yes, you certainly can. A woman can get pains from sex even when not ovulating. It's natural.
    Yes, I used to get awful pains when I was young.
