        I just finished out-patient rehab and “mindfulness” was a BIG deal there. I have trouble blanking my mind out but enjoy the breathing………..

          serenity |s??renit?| noun (pl. serenities) the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled: an oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city. • (His/Your, etc., Serenity) a title given to a reigning prince or similar dignitary. The presence of a master of serenity can be a life changing event.


          Serenity is within you already, waiting for you to assume the position of meditation and bring all thought to a stand-still and this is why we meditate.
