check make sure your getting gas at the carburator, check make sure your getting a spark at the plug take it right out and replace, try using a little either in the carb once you know you got a spark, keep a good charge on the batery as well..good luck

Remove all the plug and put some oil in cylinder and turn engine till it free up,then replace plug with new one,and keep on trying
