    While lottery winnings will not reduce your benefit, they are fully taxable and must be reported on your income tax return. Lottery winnings, are not considered earned income.
    You benifit is reduced by one dollar for evry three dollars of winnings And the winnigs are taxed, based on your allual adjusted income
