CT scan of the brain says no stroke, can't take MRI because patient has ICD, but symptoms are stroke like
Started with wobbly legs and after 6 wks. showing improvement. Slurred speech but has very much improved. Has trouble with muscle coordination/trunk of body. Has a lot of trouble wiht nausea/vomiting. Taking reglan and merinol. 69 yrs. old male and has CHF. Neurologist is wondering if it is a stroke because can't take MRI but is treating it like a stroke. What do you think?
