I've never heard of such a thing....this sounds like you are trying to fax something.

yes, that oo. But it happens both on the computer and when the fax machine asks "send to e-mail".....then tells me no account is set up......any help on this problem. thanks you
Fist things first...I'm assuming your fax machine is separate from the computer? If so, do you have the fax machine properly connected to the computer? Did you run the programming software on the computer and do you have the USB cable installed connecting the computer to the fax machine?
