it's free and really simple to use,
you can add borders to your pictures,
or add text,
and small graphics,
you can make a normal picture look like a polaroid picture too.
and you don't have to download it !
just go to the website and start editing!
if your looking for something more advanced,
you can download the Gimp ,
but it can be quite difficult for beginners to learn.
but, if you would like just go to: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
to download it to your computer.
there are alot of photo editing sites out there,
picnik is just one of them,

or you could download picasa (it's a really quick download! )
picasa is also quite simple to use and it also helps to store and organize your photos ! it's FREE too !
