Take it to a service station and have it checked. I do not know how long you drove it or how hot the engine got with the tranny fluid in it. When you drained the transmission fluid out of your engine, did you change the oil filter too? If not there's still tranny fluid in the oil. I can not say what damage might have been done. You need a mechanic.

I agree with Colleen and Leeroy in that you need to get that out of the engine as soon as possible, and have a new oil filter put in. Having the oil changed by a garage or service that specializes in that is not that expensive, and they will often times alert you to things like cracked serpentine belts, and other fluids needing attention. I hope you come through this alright, as engines are expensive to replace.

That's not good, I wouldn't drive it at all until you change the oil, do it at your house or if you don't know how have a friend come over to help you. Transmission fluid contains detergents that can cause your engine to wear much faster.
The detergents may also cause pieces of gunk to break off and clog your fuel injectors. So make sure to get it taken care of asap, good luck.
