What do you mean talking about them?If he's not comparing them to you I don't think you need to feel insecure.You said it "Daily contact" so he obviously works with these people & if they were men he would probably still talk about them.If he was contemplating any indiscretions he would be keeping his mouth shut I think.

Maybe he's giving you a hint. He has a roving eye. Give him the boot, or start talking about the good-looking men you see daily.

Sounds like he's very insecure, he may be seeking reassurance that you really like/love him. This is something that you can't really help him with, unless you buy a self help book for him.Lol.

I did this way back in the early years of high school, but by the time I was a sophomore I had gained enough confidence to no longer practice this type of behavior. Hope this helps, good luck with him.
