(1) Not taking time to do a history and physical, thoroughly evaluating the patient and asking why the patient needs narcotics.
(2) Having a history of prescribing more narcotics than most physicians.
(3) Having people waiting at their front door for them to open in the mornings.
(4) Most of the patients are young with no history of any chronic or acute illness.
The above are a few reasons they are under suspicion.
The reason they are convicted? Not having medical records to back up the need for narcotics.
