ALL alcohol loaded with "Empty calories"..sugar that serves no point in your daily nutrition!...Most bottles of wine contain c 600 calories...AND promote weight gain...Spirits and alcohol often cause you to be hungry as the initial sugar high is short lived..leaving a craving for longer lasting sugars annd carbs!..Watch out for the weight gain..especially around the stomach and hips!...(Drink in moderation)...(Oh AND MINE`S A LARGE Gin and Tonic!..But anyone wit kids will empathize)!!;-0
