Ok don't worry i will help you...You can visit the site Scanmyspeed.com here you can check the speed of the internet.It shows speed in Mbps and MBps measurement.
ScanmySpeed does not use Flash, Java or any external programs/add-ons to run these speed tests; it uses javascript, a component thats always present on your browser to check your browsing speed.
