Most solvents will work on ink, it takes a synthetic stain remover to remove a synthetic stain most of the time. The same goes for water based stains, it takes a water based remover to remove the stain or at least that's the most effective way.
There are many solvent cleaners available in stores including Goof Off and Dissolve it that will work the best, just make sure to thoroughly rinse the product our and test the fabric in an inconspicuous area to make sure that the color of the fabric wont bleed from the stain remover. Good luck.
