I know longer beat myself up over it. Actually you can congratulate yourself. Even call attention to it by saying something like,"See honey, sex ISN'T all I think about."Then discuss what you ARE thinking about. That's a start.

You can discuss these things with your doctor if it's absolutely necessary. It could just be your diet.

Well you need to sit down and have a long and serious talk with your penis, preferably  over a glass of wine and  let it know how your are feeling about his actions or lack of. If that doen't work, just beat him.
