Oh I feel for you. There are home remedies that are suppose to work but I've never found one that did. I usually ended up taking far more painkillers than I should have and seen the doctor asap the next day. Earaches can be excruciating! If it gets really bad, I would just go to the ER. It could just be fluid in the ear or an excess build up of wax and they can take care of it right quick.
