      The Good Samaritan law generally protects unprofessional people from legal liability if attempting to save a life. The point is to get someone to dial emergency services first, and then don't quit CPR until a paramedic or other professionally trained person tells you to.

            My training in CPR was pretty well the same instruction perform procedure until paramedic arrive.Your just trying to save someone life.

                I have in the past, and the victim survived. But I must admit the thought of this person dying did worry me from a liability standpoint. Everybody is suing everyone for anything now a days.
