      Are you a surviving relative? Or do you just want to remove her from her home or is this a case of she does not want to be with her parents? We really need more information here.

        the first thing is to talk to a Lawer and they will be the only people who can help you in this matter unless she is tied up in welfare department/social/services good luck regarding your Neice and more information next time so everyone can help you thanks
