Why does yahoo now need that stupid code you can hardly read, to send an email

It's called security. They're using it to cut down on the ability of people to use Yahoo mail to send mass spam e-mails. You now have to prove you're human and not a program sending spam.
I don't need to enter a code when I email using Ymail. Are you sure it's not the login window opening up when your session expires?

It's the new yahoo mail we're all going to be force to use in a month or so. It randomly makes you fill in the code to ensure you're a human.
I've never had a session to expire on emails. It's only happened recently, and I haven't sent an email since the other day. Thanks, I'll check & make sure.
