Everything that you put into your body from food to medications are processed through your liver. If you decide to overdose yourself on meds or eat too much or even drink too much over the course of your lifetime, you will damage your liver.
None if taken as prescribed, its when people 'self medicate' themselves and mess with dosages that problems arise. any medication can create problems with internal organs if not taken as prescribed. Some people have intolerance to certain medications, this information is included with the pamphlet that comes with the meds, also your doctor has a history of what you are tolerant to, or should have this.
