      you may contact the military leision in your state capital. If you do not find my answer acceptable.
      My brother is militarily disabled and when he receives a notice of a change it is automaticaly added in his check.

        figure the 25% and add to your current entitlement. The government veterans payroll will automaticly add the 25% to your current check.
