As you know, this is mainly a popular choice answer. There cant possibly a "best" song. My personal favorite Lil Wayne song is either "drop the world" from the album "rebirth", or "Right above it" from the album "I Am Not A Human Being". i think both the lyrics and the music (beat) in both of those songs are very good.

But if you want to talk about statistics, sadly, it is a tough task to figure out which song is actually downloaded most, and even if you found that out, what about the other people who haven't downloaded it? However, there are many websites that will tell you that Lil Wayne's Most popular song ever, is "lollipop". Which to me is a downer, because, I personally, think that "lollipop" is a downfall in his music, because of the fact that it is all vulgar and has no true meaning in its lyrics.
