No you cannot treat her at home. You need to bring her to the Vet asp.

you must take this cat to the vet asap she will be in pain and you cannot treat the cat yourselve she will need antibiotics asap if she is crouching like she wants to pee she is in pain please take this to the vet and it dosnt matter wether she dosnt like going to vet and she is a recluse I dont know what cat dose like going in the to see the vet if you have trouble getting her into the cat carrier put a towel over head so she cant see where she is going good luck

She may need antibiotics,and only a vet can prescribe these.You might have no other option other than get her to a vet,you wouldnt want her to suffer,have you got a pet carrier that you can put her in for the trip.
