      for what i've seen they all come assembled.

        Take the end of the line and start by putting it through the smallest hole at the top of the rod. Work your way down the rod to the reel. Then tye your line onto the reel and start reeling until you have as much line on the reel as you want. Cut the line, put a fly on the en of it and go fishing.
