why do I get "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" always?
for months I get this message to close. this way I cannot use internet explorer, unless I move the box out of the way.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but is still the same message to close!
can someone advice as to what to do?

Because IE sucks and it does that to most users. Get a different browser. You'll be happy you did. I recommend Firefox or CometBird
