      Yes he can but then you can fight back, if it's worth it, he counting on the fact that most won't.

        Contact your Department of Labor, and they will investigate it. But, just because you win the dispute, it won't make for a friendly work environment either. I'd file the claim and then find another job when physically capable to. It sounds as though you and your employer are not hitting it off well.
