I don't think they (defendant/defense) has much choice they can't argue their (In closing arguments) if, they don't. But either way the jury will find her "GUILTY" as she is.

truth is she'e better of not taking it, thats what her high powered lawers are for, the prosection will rip her to shreds.

Judge Alex said that she shouldn't a few nights ago on Fox, personally with all of the lies she has told I don't know how anyone could believe her.
