If you live in Sydney Australia i could give you my Doctors number,i have been under the knife twice and his work is very good,i had 2 different procedures done and both have been sucsessful.Nothing drastic just some tidying up of loose skin and eye area.Try googling cosmetic Doctors that are in your region but please research their expertice because they can make you or break you.

There is an American Society for Plastic Surgeons that would probably be a good certificate to look for.
