setup my child support payments @1800per mo when I made that kind of money. Then relocated to small town, can not find job, paid 3000 toward child support and 5 days ago arrested and ask to pay $5000. Tried to get modification of child support and did sign over my parental rights with the state of Texas to stop the continued penalties and interest. My ex-wife and I agreed that I would always be their dad and by signing over my rights it basically meant decisions about their health and education and I would still always be their dad and able to see them. I have no money and now have another child and I am a single parent of a 3 yr old little boy. My sister and brother-in-law are taking care of him while I'm in jail. I need to get out and get back to work so I can get this resolved. Any solutions?? San Antonio Jail, Texas
