My wife is an incredible cook, and we eat well, lately though, she has been eating more healthy as her cholesterol numbers were a bit high. She is trying to avoid the pills, so we are eating better yet. I do not take vitamins, but then, I eat plenty of fish, veggies, red and white meat, including liver. I drink in moderation, and now my wife has switched from pink to red wine, when she does have a glass. I am drinking more water than I had, and almost never drink soda. I used to take supplements for joint rehab, but not in a few years now.
