Remove it from your programs.
Start button, control panel, programs, add/remove programs, find the anti virus and click uninstall.

I did that a short while back to get rid of Registry Booster, when you had previously mentioned that to someone. It worked well...I was getting annoyed with that popping up every time I logged on. A belated thank you Colleen!
