    Iam unble to log in to my main email address, the software says my password is wrong and I have forgotten my personal details

    I cannot remember my personal data so the software ill not allow me access.

      Make sure your caps lock is not on when you try to put in your password. If your password is still wrong, there is nothing you can do until you remember the password. Even your e-mail provider does not know your password.
