      Well I know it will stay fresh in the fridge three to five days, but if it's out of the fridge it would only be a matter a few hours. Food poisoning isn't worth the risk, I was in the hospital for five days one time. Be safe and smart, hope this helps.

        i usualy use the three hour rule for meat but beef, usualy 5 hours......but that long .....no, not worth the possible illness you would be faceing if you ate it now......throw it out!!
