        The categories you can choose to help people looking under certain subjects. Under the category of computers, there are sub-categories for PC, software, hardware. That way if someone is good at answering questions regarding a pc, he would look under the Computer-PC category, if he was good at answering questions about software he would look for questions under Computer-Software.

            It means to have a non-offensive choice of words. Like Ms Sinclair said, I don't always follow the rules of being p c, because I'd rather be honest with someone, but being less offensive if possible.
