      yes it does its a moving violition, also your insurance wont cover you if you get in an accident..cause its considered an illeagle load!! best to appeal it.

        Do you mean does getting ticketed for driving a class A or B truck while it's overweight count against your license? I'm betting it does as that's a major safety issue.
