Launch Adobe Photoshop and click the menu "File >Open."

Browse your computer and find a desired image file. Double-click on the file to open it.

Click the menu "File >Save As."

Select the format as "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE)" using the drop-down listbox. Note that the file extension in the file name field would automatically change to .jpg.

Click "Save." A window, "JPEG Option", will appear.

Select the desired image quality (from low to maximum) using the drop-down listbox. Or slide the bar below to choose from a small to large file. The exact file size appears at the bottom of the window.

Click "OK."
