      If all else fails call your email provider and ask this question.
      There are times that calling the provider is a necessary evil. I know because I have gone round and round with what seemed like an
      easy task only to find out that like all computer projects you have to do it a certain way for it to work.

        We are not your e-mail provider. From what I know of e-mail services, you can not delete an address. You can create a new one and transfer all your contacts from the old one to it. If you abandon the old one, it will delete on it's own after a few month of inactivity.
