    can i cover smoke with paint with parmer already in it to cover up light smoke stain's on the wall

      there is light smoke on my wall's i wanted to know if i can paint over it with a paint with parmer already in it, or do i need to wash the wall's.

        Wash the walls, it will come right through it.. Sometimes you need to sand it off because it gets under the old paint.
