If you have a problem with your Zynga Poker on Facebook or Facebook itself, you'll have to reach for the support of one of them. If you need the Zynga Support, you can either scroll down on your Zynga poker application and click on the "support" button, or you can contact Zynga support easily through their website: http://www.zynga.com/

If you have a problem with your Facebook account, you can log into your account, and under the "account" tab click on "Help Center".

If you're unable to access your Facebook account, Click on the "Forgot your password?" button, located on the main Facebook login screen under the password fill-in space, and you'll have all the instructions you need to get back to your account.
