    I.M LOOKING FOR RADIO FREQUENCIES (POLICE, fIRE, eMERGENCY,ETC.)

      Go here: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/audio
      Click on the state, then the county you want. Scroll down to the frequency you want. Click on the speaker icon under "listen".

        You can try googling free streaming police scanner. I go on chicagosscanner.com a lot while reading and answering questions here! It's interesting for sure.
