You can only change your room user name. You can not change the name you use to log in with. The only way to change the name you log in with is to cancel the account you have now and create a new account, this would cause you to lose your credit. We are not Skype. We are an all volunteer question/answer forum. I was busy with a few other questions. Sorry you had to wait.
