You need to return to the website you bought the subscription and ebook from. We are a question and answer website only, we do not have subscriptions nor ebooks.

I understand that you do not have subscription or ebooks. The issue is that I have wireless conectivity on my nookbook but unable to get in to buy or access the internet. Is there a step I am missing
