Australians are not big on tipping so my answer is a big fat zero.
You take a job knowing the wages, if you don`t you are silly, and conditions so live by your decision to do that work.
Other option is to get another job.
If I pay someone for a massage I am entitled to top service without additional charge, same in a restaurant, the wait person is there to give me service. Why should I "tip" them for what their job description includes and they are paid to do?
