I have a vista security 2012 virus on my laptop, how can i remove it
I am not computer literate at all! Have this virus now and cannot get into the laptop...wont let me open internet explorer. In my programs i couldn't find it to delete it there.
p.s...i'm using my partners laptop to post this:-)

Try starting your computer in "Safe Mode with Internet". Tap the F8 key as soon as you turn the computer on. While you are still on partner's computer, you may want to check Colleen's answer to the recently answered question listed below.
